Ruth Fong is a teaching professor in the Department of Computer Science at Princeton University. Her research interests are in computer vision, machine learning, and human-computer interaction, with a particular focus in explainable AI and ML fairness. She has been awarded the Rhodes Scholarship, the Open Philanthropy AI Fellowship, and a CHI Honorable Mention Paper Award with her collaborators. She completed her PhD at the University of Oxford, where she was advised by Andrea Vedaldi. (updated August 2023)
